Meet Dan. We feel like we’ve known him forever. When we first got into the industry, Dan and his dad had already been building homes, cottages, and other buildings around the lakes for years. The utmost craftsman, Dan was a builder with Kelly Project Management for many years before he followed a new passion to train as an architectural designer/technologist.
Dan brings many things to his new role at KPM. As an experienced builder, he has a wealth of practical knowledge about construction—that is, how things actually work, not just how they should work, theoretically. And his years of experience in our company mean that he designs to KPM standards: no corner cutting, no “good enough”—just exceptional quality in custom design. As a builder, Dan always paid the highest attention to detail, anticipating how the end-product would be used one day. Needless to say, this trait makes Dan an outstanding architectural designer. His goal, like everyone’s at KPM, is to provide the best experience possible for our clients not just during the design and construction process but long after we have handed over the key.
